GOV International School / Students
This school is intended for a broad international audience: PhD students, postdoctoral scientists, and maybe young academics, for a total of 60 to 70 attendees, not including the speakers and organizers. The attendees will have a background in meteorology and/or oceanography. This school is offered to early career scientists, professionals and students in the current state of the art in operational oceanography and related advances in the ocean sciences.
The students will be selected based on qualifications (career status and achievements, publications, how the school would help their career), contact with their supervisors. A committee will be formed to conduct the assessment and selection of the candidates.
