IMPORTANT NOTICE: The GODAE OceanView Symposium is changing the venue to the Baltimore Hilton. Details about the hotel and other travel information is available from the "Local Info" page.

The conference fee includes:

  • Welcome kit (conference folder, name badge, maps, etc.)
  • Programme
  • Entry to all symposium sessions
  • Continental breakfast/afternoon coffee/tea

  • Ice Breaker & conference dinner on Monday, 4 November 2013 
  • Poster exhibition
  • Abstract proceedings


Payment options (update)

  • Early Bird and standard rates apply (please check dates in table above)
  • Payments can be made online using a credit /debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by cheque (drop down list on check-out page)
  • The use of the "Pay later" option is no longer available for new registrations. From now on your have to pay with the registration.


Cancellation / refund policy

  • Requests for refunds (following a cancellation) must be sent to Symposium Organisation Committee
  • Refunds can be made in full only until 11 October 2013 after which no refunds can be made
  • A processing fee of $20 per refunds will be charged
