On overview of all abstracts submitted to this workshop is available from this website.

Abstract categories (for oral and poster submissions):

Meeting themes:

1General theme: Science in support to coastal ocean forecasting
2OceanObs related theme: Added value of observing networks in the coastal ocean continuum: integration with model prediction and applications", including synergistic model-data studies such as DA, OSSEs, etc., with both in situ and satellite data (people interested in ARCOM themes are encouraged to submit abstracts)
3Systems theme: Operational and pre-operational ocean forecasting systems, with the following special themes in particular: coastal forecasting system description and updates; quality and performance of large-scale ocean forecasting systems in the coastal areas.
4Cross-cutting theme (link with Marine Ecosystem Analysis and Prediction Task Team): Ecosystem responses to physical drivers in coastal regions
