REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Dear colleagues,

The workshop is a 3-day event and will focus on the current state-of-the-art in data assimilation and marine ecosystem analysis & predictions, where both disciplines overlap and how issues can be addressed and improved, including a discussion session checking progress made within the task teams (DA-TT and MEAP-TT) and options for future work. Furthermore the workshop will provide an opportunity to assess the current state of services to fisheries provided by GOV systems.

Registration for the workshop is now open. To register please complete the workshop registration form which will also allow the submission of abstracts.

Call for abstracts: Please submit your abstract with the registration form (see link above) and assign it to one of the workshop topics (please add relevant number(s)) in form.

The deadline for abstract submissions is the 15 May 2016.

The deadline for registration is the 24 June 2016.

Venue, directions and accommodation will be made available asap.

JOINT DA-MEAP TT Workshop

The GODAE OceanView Task Teams (DA-TT and MEAP-TT) will hold a joint workshop for attendees from the different communities (Data Assimilation (DA) and Marine Ecosystem Analysis and Prediction(MEAP)) to meet and exchange on topics related to their specific area as well as on topics relevant for both communities. THe workhshop will be organised as

Please SAVE THE DATE in your calendar.

The joint workshop will take the form of separate sessions on targeted topics specific to each individual TT, and plenary sessions on broader topics that are of interest and relevance to both Task Teams. Further information about the workshop agenda, registration, venue, accommodation, etc, will be circulated at a later date.
